Additionally, although our office is not “In Network” with any insurance company we want to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit your insurance covers and make your orthodontic treatment more affordable. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with your insurance company.
We will make every effort to estimate your costs before your visit so that you can be prepared. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
