I was immediately welcomed by the front desk receptionist whom was super sweet, my assistant Alize was exceptional, she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable the entire appt, you can truly tell when someone loves their job and this was her. I took my daughter in with me (shes 9) and Alize was super patient, kind and didnt let her feel left out of the appt for a second! "3 of my boys have received their orthodontic treatment with Dr. Boren, my oldest had his from 2022-2023 and my second to oldest had his from 2023-2024. This past month we put our 10 year old in braces and during all this time, Dr. Boren and his staff have always been extremely nice and welcoming. He and his staff make a point to greet everyone, and I've never had a bad experience in his office. This past Christmas break, my 10 year old had a wire bothering him, and a staff member met us on a Saturday morning just to make sure he didn't need a wire clipped, which he did and she took care of it right away. The quality and care Dr. Boren and his staff provide for each of his patients is superior. The staff at the front desk is also very helpful and polite. Rescheduling and scheduling appointments for my children is always easy as they are very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Boren to all my family and friends."
